By accessing the site, creating an account, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them. If you suspect unauthorised use of your Account or any security incident, notify info@aidailygear.com immediately. aidailygear may take measures reasonably necessary to protect Accounts and the Services, including temporary suspension.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
engage in unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, privacy-infringing, or otherwise harmful conduct;
infringe third-party rights (including copyright, trademarks, design rights, privacy or personality rights, or confidential information);
interfere with, disrupt, overload, or test the site or networks, attempt to bypass security or access areas without authorisation;

Upon reasonable belief of a violation, aidailygear may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove or disable access to Content, and take other actions allowed by law.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC)
5.1 Your Rights & Licence to aidailygear
You retain your rights in Content you submit. You grant aidailygear a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence, limited to what is necessary to operate the Services, to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process your Content for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services.
5.2 Responsibilities & Prohibited Content
You are solely responsible for your submissions and confirm they are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights. Unlawful, harmful, misleading, discriminatory, violent, pornographic, or otherwise non-compliant Content is prohibited.
5.3 Notice & Takedown
If aidailygear receives a credible notice that Content may be unlawful or non-compliant, aidailygear may investigate and remove or disable access at its reasonable discretion. Send notices to info@aidailygear.com with enough detail for assessment.
6. Intellectual Property of aidailygear
The site’s structure, design, editorial elements, data arrangements, and distinctive signs (including logos) are protected. Subject to legal exceptions, aidailygear grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the site solely as intended and in accordance with these Terms. Except where legally permitted, you must not systematically copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly communicate, or create derivative works from any part of the site without prior express consent.
7. Orders, Pricing, and Access to Paid/Restricted Features (if any)

This policy applies where aidailygear offers returns or refunds voluntarily, or where required by Singapore consumer law. Singapore law does not provide a universal statutory “cooling-off” right for ordinary online purchases. However, specific regulated contracts (such as certain direct sales concluded outside business premises) may grant a short cancellation period subject to conditions. Where such rights apply, you will be informed in an appropriate manner.
8.2 Voluntary Returns/Refunds (if offered)
If aidailygear offers a voluntary return or refund programme, and unless stated otherwise, the following principles apply:
Request Period: Submit your request within 14 days of receiving goods or of digital availability starting.
Condition of Goods: Goods must be returned undamaged, complete, and—where reasonably possible—in their original packaging. A deduction may apply for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Exclusions: Items clearly personalised or made to your specifications; goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; digital content where access or download has started with your express prior consent; and services fully performed with your express consent may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Proof of Purchase: Provide an order reference or equivalent evidence.
8.3 Statutory Non-Conformity Remedies (Consumers)
For Consumers, mandatory remedies under Singapore consumer law may apply where goods do not conform to the contract at delivery. Subject to legal conditions and time limits, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, or—where appropriate—a price reduction or refund. A rebuttable presumption that a lack of conformity existing within a specified period after delivery was present at the time of delivery may apply under local rules. 8.4 How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Contact: Email info@aidailygear.com with your name, contact details, order reference, the goods or Services concerned, and the reason for your request.
Instructions: You will receive return instructions or steps to deactivate access (for digital offerings). Unless otherwise stated, outbound return shipping costs may be borne by you, except where the law requires aidailygear to cover them.
Return & Evidence: Return goods within a reasonable time and keep proof of postage. For digital items, aidailygear may disable access or revoke licences.
Inspection: After receipt, aidailygear will verify condition and usage.
Refund: If approved, refunds are processed within a reasonable time to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted. Deductions may be applied for value loss, services already provided, or reasonable fees where allowed.
8.5 No Limitation of Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights and guarantees under Singapore law, which apply in addition to any commercial or voluntary policy.
9. Delivery, Access & Performance
Timing & Availability: Any timelines communicated are targets unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may occur for technical, operational, or regulatory reasons beyond aidailygear’s reasonable control.
Transfer of Risk: For goods, the point at which risk transfers follows applicable law. Generally, risk transfers upon your taking physical possession, or, for shipments, upon handover to the carrier where permitted by law.
Digital Provision: Digital content or access may be time-limited or linked to your Account. Provision may be interrupted where necessary for maintenance, security, or compliance.

11. Disclaimers

Mandatory consumer protections and non-excludable guarantees remain unaffected. Any assurances are effective only if expressly made in writing.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, aidailygear is liable only for direct, foreseeable, and proven losses caused by a breach of essential obligations, typically limited to losses reasonably contemplated at the time of contracting. aidailygear is not liable—where permitted—for indirect, special, consequential, or non-pecuniary losses (including data loss or loss of chance). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Indemnification (Where Permitted)
To the extent allowed by law and without prejudice to Consumers’ mandatory protections, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless aidailygear from third-party claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights, where attributable to you.
14. Suspension & Termination
aidailygear may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, with reasonable notice where practicable, if you commit a serious or repeated breach, if there is a security risk, or where aidailygear must comply with a legal or regulatory requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. User Content may be deleted or anonymised, subject to legal retention duties. Licences granted to aidailygear for your Content end when such Content is removed from the Services, unless retention is legally required.
15. Changes to the Services or to These Terms
aidailygear may modify the Services or update these Terms for legitimate reasons (including legal changes, security needs, technical improvements, or operational requirements). Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner (for example, a notice on the site). Where consent is legally required, aidailygear will obtain it. To the extent permitted, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence remain unaffected where required by law. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Singapore to the extent permitted. aidailygear may propose voluntary alternative dispute resolution (such as mediation), which does not limit your right to seek relief before a court.
18. Compliance with Local Laws
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you. To comply with legal requirements, aidailygear may restrict access to certain content or features, request age or identity verification, or implement territorial or other access limitations.

20. Severability, No Waiver, Assignment
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. A failure or delay by aidailygear to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver. aidailygear may assign or transfer rights and obligations under these Terms as permitted by law. Your assignment requires aidailygear’s prior consent unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
21. Force Majeure
Where performance is prevented or materially hindered by events beyond aidailygear’s reasonable control—such as natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, widespread power or network outages, labour disputes, or major logistics disruptions—affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. aidailygear will take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects.
22. Entire Agreement & Order of Precedence
These Terms, together with any supplemental terms expressly communicated by aidailygear, constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Services. Where there is a conflict, specific, expressly agreed provisions take precedence over general provisions.
